What Causes Delayed Periods?

I m five days late on my period which is like clock work same day every month. I ve taken three pregnancy test & all came back negative. I have four kids already so first signs of pregnancy is something I am aware of. All signs r present, body feels totally different, in the restroom constantly, dizziness if I get up to quick or going downstairs, extreme tiredness, feeling bloated, swollen breast. Had recently had a tubal reversal surgery a year ago. According to my LMP I m possibly 5wks. Could I be missing I something? this would be a unplanned pregnancy as I wasn t trying to get pregnant at the moment

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for the question,
I understood your concern.Get the two samples of serum Beta Human Chorionic Gonadotropin levels checked at a gap of 48hrs.Usually 2nd reading should be double or more than double that of 1st reading to confirm the pregnancy. After that consult a obstetrician for a confirmation by USG & further steps to be taken on unplanned pregnancy.Hope this clarifies
