What Causes Delayed Periods?

My period was regular before marriage i.e on 15 to 19 but after marriage, my perion came on 14 april to 19 april 2015 ,, then i got married on 22nd april 2015,, then again my period came soon in 2nd of may to 9th may 2015. Then next month my period came on 7th june to 12th june 2015 ,, now this month am missing my period till today am having unprotected sex with my husband through last month, and am having fever since last 5 days Kindly suggest me mam ,, may i am pregnant now ,,,, or whats the reasion for irregular period ,,,

There are two possibilities in your concern. Because delayed period could be due to irregular monthly cycles.
You did not mention that you have any signs of pregnancy like increased frequency of Urination, breast tenderness, nausea and vomiting.
Just wait and check urine pregnancy test after one week and if still is not confirmed, then go for blood pregnancy test.
Please Your fever could be due to UTI(Urinary tract infection). Do you feel any burning sensations when you pee or any kind of pelvic pain. If I would be your treating physician, I would advice urine analysis and urine culture and further physical examination.
Please do safe sex practice as we always have to be on safe side and safety of patient is our top priority.
