What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi quick question my last period was on June the 6 th and I still haven t came on mine for July went to the doctor on the July 8th but they could not dectect any hcg iin my blood or urine now its the 13 th and still no period could i be pregnant or is it in my head also the last time we had sex was on the 6th of this month July and before that last month June 25 th please help

Understand your concern
I advice you to repeat the test after a week to confirm the pregnancy as you did early that may be reason of negative test.
In absence of pregnancy following are the causes of delayed period.
Excessive stress, change in dietary habit, Hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst/PCOS, adenomyosis,endometriosis.
So i advice you to go for USG scan, ovarian follicle study and reproductive hormone analysis to rule out the above cause in absence of pregnancy by consulting the gynecologist.
In absence of pregnancy, period can be induced by primolut N
