What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hello this is kokhila. I got my last menstrual cycle on January 20 2017 and got married on February 6 2017. Thill now I dint get my menstrual cycle. Is there any chance of getting pregnant???? I had tried two times pregnant kit with urine but result is negative. But still dint get menstrual cycle. I don t know what is the reason ??? Can u please help me to sort this prblm????
