Hi,

Based on your description, it appears that the timing of your intercourse is during a fertile period, which makes that you have a high chance of conceiving. Since there is a delay in getting periods, you need to confirm that you are not pregnant by other investigations, even if the urine pregnancy test is negative.

Kindly get your blood checked for beta-hCG levels and undertake an ultrasound scan of the abdomen. Consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
