What Causes Delayed Periods?

My name is arshiya 32 years ..In 2010 I done laproscopy family planning operation afer my two kids....till last month my periods were on time...but this month I have not got periods the date was on 7th of march...me in tension ....I done blood test last week it was negative....what to do pls guide me

Hi, I think you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. It can happen sometimes due to stress factor also. If it remains irregular over next few months, get a thyroid profile done. Also get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist to rule oit infections. It can happen sometimes due to infections also.Hope it helps.
