General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all, it's sad to know what your girlfriend had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it is less likely to be pregnant but for reassurance getting urine pregnancy test can be done along with an ultrasound pelvis.

Medications will depend on whether the cause of delayed periods is pregnancy or not because such fluctuations can be a normal variant. However hormone profile etc may be needed as part of work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
