Hi i am 32yrs old. My periods are regular. But siddenly this month it is getting delayed for more than 7days after the expecting date. Expected date - 6th june & Today it is - 13th june... Till date i dint get my periods. Pregnancy home test is NEGATIVE. What shall i do now...

It can be caused by : -Excessive weight loss or gain. -Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. -Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. -Emotional stress. -Illness. -Travel. -Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. -Problems with the pelvic organs camera.gif, such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. So you should do some examinations to find the cause of yourine symptoms.
