What Causes Delayed Periods?

Good morning Doctor. I had an uprotected sex few days to my monthly menstrual cycle and why expecting it on the last week in the month of May, 2017. When I did not see it coming forth, so I decided to use gyneacosid on the 6th of June, 2017 but up till now I have not seen my menstrual period. Please am safe but if I use pregnancy strip test to test my urine it shows positive but my tommy is not growing. what is happening to me, please help me out

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You are pregnant if test is positive. If you don't want pregnancy, consult a gynecologist for medical or surgical abortion as required. Hope it helps.
