Hi hello ..Now im delayed for 19days and when i take first pregnancy test negative sign but after an hour when i check it become positive.. The second day i try again pregnancy 3times is negative is it ok that im delayed till this day.. .i have also sign of gastric is it cause also of gastric thats why period delayed?... Get pregnancy confirmed by visiting a gynecologist and getting USG of the abdomen which will tell you confirmatory whether you are pregnant or not. For gastritis follow some tips 1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop or omez or Rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
