hi doc, my girlfriend is 24 and hasnt had her menses since. i tried having sex with her and found out i couldnt penetrate into her. so could there be a possibility that her vaginal passage that allows the flow of menses and penetration of the male organ isnt in place or blocked?

Your assumption could be a possibility and cannot be ruled out based on history. However, if the vaginal passage alone is not present then she would have monthly/cyclical abdominal pain without menses. However if ht euterus itself is absent, then she may be asymptomatic. Therefore she would require an ultrasound scan and genetic testing.
