General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Mostly bleeding starts maximally after 24 hours of the last pill use. After this there is cramping, bleeding and fetus is expelled in 5- 24 hours. In case there is no bleeding within the expected time or fetus is not out in 24 hours after the pills, you should consult your doctor for any more help you need.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
