Hai Dr , I m also Dr ,my baby is of 11months ,getting two upper and lower teeths ,since from two days he is getting loose motions and vomiting ,and their is no increase I m weight since from last two months ,really worried about him give me solution for these two

I really appreciate your concern, if you are thinking that the diarrhea could be due to teeth eruption then you are wrong because that is not the case but this is simply co-incidence that during the period of teething vulnerability of some infection (Virus ) increases in this age group and this could cause diarrhea and most of the time it is self limiting hydration is the matter of concern only, 3 to 4 stool per day may be normal one, at the most lyophilized lactobacillus can be tried hope this information helps, take care.
