I took postinor 2 about 7days after my period. a few days later I bled lightly for about 4 days and then stopped. I took the emergency pill again 2 weeks later. I still have not got my period it is late. what could the problem be? could I be pregnant?
It is this emergency contraceptive pill which is delaying your menses. This pill contains Levonorgestrel. It is a Progesterone preparation. Thus the Progesterone levels in the blood increase preventing the menstruation. Moreover, you have repeated the pills again. Thus the periods are further delayed.
Wait for 10 days and you will get the withdrawal bleeding.
Do not worry, the possibility of pregnancy is very very low.
