General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
It is possible that your dental problems after working out are due to clenching or grinding your teeth, which is a common issue during physical activity. The repetitive and intense jaw movements can stress your teeth and cause pain or damage.
If you are experiencing dental problems after exercising, you may want to speak with your dentist about getting a mouth guard to wear during physical activity to protect your teeth. Also, your dentist can give you a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for your specific dental issues.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
