Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
These symptoms are suggestive of depression. Depression can affect anyone and you can overcome it completely. Symptoms worsens with time. Therefore, it is advisable to take help from mental health professionals as early as possible. Make sure you are not alone. Try to be with someone close to you, share your thoughts, sleep for adequate time, have healthy meals on time and involve in activities you used to enjoy earlier. This is a bad phase and it will go.
Best wishes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
