What Causes Depression And Fatigue Along With Muscle Pain?
I was diagnosed with cat scratch disease in a swollen lymph node in 2005. I had no symptoms other than the swollen lymph node. I have since had 3 additional lymph nodes removed. 2 cultured as necrotic cells and the latest (Feb 2017) as a granuloma. Symptoms over the past 12 years have included periods of depression and fatigue, joint and muscle pain, tingling or shock-like feelings in my hands and fingers, intermittent blurred vision along with other things. I had a rheumatic panel completed at my physical which showed a mildly elevated CCP. Being that the Bartonella bacteria is associated with both Lyme Disease and Cat Scratch Disease, should I be tested for both along with the referral to the Rheumatologist?
