Hi, I have have never got on with my father, and kicked me out as the result of a silly argument, im currently living with my sister. This has happened all very quickly and i haven't really have a change to take it all in. I have noticed myself feeling deprepressed and constantly over thinking situations. I have been having paniks attacks. I have some how convinced myself that im going crazy! I have been overthinking thoughts in my head and am convincing myself hearing the sound of my own voice is my head means im crazy. In every day life every noise i hear i have to question weather its in my head or not... each time i have done this the noises have been real ones (not in my head) AM I GOING MAD I NEED TO KNOW????? THanks
I went through your details. I am sure you cannot go mad. You are sincerely disappointed with the life situations and these situations warrent a sincere effort from your side to be mature. Such things do happen and we should learn to adjust. You know it and I know you will adjust. Only it will take some time. That is all. You may overcome obsessive and negative thinking by engaging yourself in creative and interesting tasks, education, games etc. You talked about panic attacks. How do you describe them? Are they actually panic attacks or you are exagerating? Any way, if you feel them as panic attacks, please consult a psychologist.
If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
I think, you are in adjustment disorder and you need antidepressant with benzodiazepine. Better to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for proper management and evaluation. That would help you to control these symptoms and to adjust in this situation.
Thanks
