Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

Thanks for asking

Crying and depressed feeling before sex can be due to anhedonia or lack of pleasure. It could be sign of underlying depression. Lack of interest and pleasure in activities, which used to be interesting and pleasureful is called anhedonia and is important sign of depression. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for expert opinion. Depression can be treated with proper medicines and cognitive therapy. Medicines like SSRIs and SNRIs are very useful. Sertraline can be used in low doses for good effect. It will help in improving depression and underlying anxiety also.

Thanks
