Hello! Is it normal to feel very worn down and tired, foggy after only being awake for 12 hours. I am 23 year old male. I seem to have a pretty bad energy levels for quite sometime and it doesnt seem to matter if i work at my slightly stressfull online job or not. I nearly feel worse after excercise and this has been going on for quite some time. I am currently taking prozac and consider myself mostly recovered from depression and have no other known problems. My diet is decent and i have recently started to cut out more alcohol. If i was to get blood tests what should i check for? Thanks alot!
I went through your details. If you feel that you have bad energy level, you have to correct it with the help of right food and exercise regime. The underlying problem with depression, it makes you feel lazy and lethargic. You have to come out of it. If you make it a habit, in future, it becomes very difficult to overcome it. The medicines (anti-depression) should help you keep up. Consult your psychiatrist.

I went through your details. I think the whole problem you are facing is due to anxiety disorder and obsession. I suggest you to completely stop your alcohol so that medicines can have a good effect on your mind. You are feeling very foggy and tired mainly because you are being obsessive. When in depressive disorder, such a feeling is common and you should learn to fight and overcome it. Consult a psychotherapist.
