hi.. i have understood your concerns...
the symptoms like laziness, easy fatiguability, decrease interest in every activity, decrease concentration, losing mind, heaviness over head, apathy, decrease sleep and appetite, pervasive sadness, all are feature of
depression.. i think u might be suffering from depression if these symptoms are present for more than 2 weeks..
another important thing u said is about thyroid function test which measures t3, t4 and TSH [thyroid stimulating hormone].. normal levels of TSH are up to 5.. u said yours ids around 10.. so u are suffering from
hypothyroidism and it may be the reason for all your symptoms as well as depression..
u can take multivitamins, particularly vit. B 12, D3 nad
folic acid supplements...
i would like to suggest following treatment regimen for you...
first of all u shud start with thyroxine supplement which will correct your thyroid hormone levels and u ll start improvements in your symptoms..
drug: tablet. thyronorm [50 mcg] in the morning before the breakfast..
u shud take this drug for one month and repeat your thyroid function test.. and check if the levels came to normal or not...accordingly the dose can be increased or decreased..
if u wont improve with thyroxine supplement, even after correcting the deficiency then u shud go for
anti depressant medication, i am suggesting here.
antidepressant drugs: tablet.
fluoxetine [prozac 20 mg] in the morning after the breakfast.
for headache u can take pain killers like combination of
aceclofenac and
paracetamol, but this shud be on as and when required basis...
i hope u ll find this advice helpful.. best luck
