I went through your query and can understand your concerns. The symptoms that you have mentioned are suggestive of depression. You feeling anxious, racing heart, not wanting to get up, becoming tired easily, not wanting to eat can all be understood in the context of depression.
I suggest you revisit your psychiatrist and start treatment with antidepressants. Medications like escitalopram or sertraline would be safe and effective in your case. In addition, start exercising daily. Writing your thoughts daily as suggested to you by your doctors is also a good way to let out your emotions which can help you feel better.
Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
