What Causes Diabetes Millitus Type 1 In Infants?

My 22 months old boy was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type I 12 days after he receiwed Twinrix. He woke up fully wet because peeing in bed after vaccination. This never happened before. He also drunk more than before. What can I do? After our doctor made a notification against Twinrix nothing happened. They say Twinrix is not the reason.

Very very minimal chances of developing type 1 DM with twinrix.
It may be a co-incidence
Type 1 diabetes mellitus because of sudden damage of pancreatic cells by some development of autoimmune disorder against pancreatic cells. Should be taken care of properly be endocrinologist
