What Causes Diarrhea, Abdomen Pain With Flatulence?
Hello, I am a 21 year old female. For the past 3 days I have had very loose stools that are yellow brown in color and practically a watery consistency. I have a normal appetite but it seems everything I eat goes right through me. I am just finishing a 10 day course of amoxicillin for strep throat. I am not sure if that may be affecting me, I also have pain in my lower abdomen and some gas. Could I possibly have Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I have had similar symptoms since I began college 2 years ago on a continuous basis and in that time span also became mildly lactose intolerant and was diagnosed with acid reflux

Treatment-Suggested-
You need to treat it by-
Bland Liquid diet- with rice porridge x 5 days
Banana Milk Shake.
Cap Imosec- 1 x 2 times a day x 3 days
Butter Milk x 2 times a day.
Dorolac Sachet- 1 x 10 days time to stabilise the disturbed bacterial flora of colon and intestines.
Consult and check with Gp doctor and get stool test- if it does not respond.
Just don't worry till you verify with your attending doctors.
Need to Check with Physician, if things don't recover.
-Other causes need to be verified with your family GP doctor, as the facts may be different what you submitted.
-For this Second opinion from PCP-or Gp doctor and if need be with Physician-is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.
