What Causes Diarrhea After Gallbladder Removal?

i had gall bladder removed last month --- in the last week i am having constant diarrhea --- not related to what i eat - leaves bright yellow water in toilet - just had yearly blood work done and triglicerids are high - should i be worried about liver - pancreas - something else being wrong??? diarrhea is urgent and keeps me close to bathroom --- going out for dinner is not option at this point --- after surgery it had gotten much better - now in last week it is constant

I think diarrhoea after gallbladder removal is not a problem of concern. It is believed to happen due to increased bile production.
You can take imodium to stop it or colestiramine to increase absorption of bile acids.
You should stabilise the increased triglycerides either by diet or medication to improve your situation.
