The intolerance to milk and milk products is causing these symptoms in your child. It is advisable to follow your doctor’s advice on the continuation of the medicines he is currently on.
The adverse effects of these medicines are far lesser than the benefits currently. So do not worry and continue the medicines as per your doctor’s suggestion.
If it makes you worried then feel free to talk to your doctor regarding this as your doctor is aware of your son’s health completely. He will be able to guide you best on this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
