Sompraz Hp contains two antibiotics clarithromycin and ampicillin and a proton pump inhibitor esomeprazole. This combination is used to treat H.pylori infection of gastric muscosa. The infection might be the cause of ulcers in the stomach. I would advice you to complete the course until the side effects are severe. Diarrhoea may have resulted from the antibiotics acton that alters the normal bacterial flora of the intestine. Bifilac is probiotic that favours normal and healthy gut flora. I would recommend my patients to take capsules twice. I would advice to take the capsules two - three days after diarrhoea stops. Apart from bifilac, you need to consume lot of fluids to make up for the loss. Curds will also help in favouring normal flora; you can consume lot of curds if you are not allergic to it.
