What Causes Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Bloating And Nausea?

Hi! I m 21 year old female + have been suffering from the following symptoms: frequent bowel movements, diarrhea for three weeks, bloating, upset stomach, foggy brain, nausea. These symptoms hit at random + stop me in my tracks. I do not eat gluten or dairy due to allergies + I m not a big meat eater [I supplement with beans, protein shakes]. My mom thinks my symptoms are from not having enough protein. Could these be symptoms of that?

It is persistent diarrhea.. Need to see a gastroenterologist. Might be a inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome. He might do colonoscopy and take a biopsy if he sees something wrong....
