What Causes Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Bloating And Painful Urination?
my wife has severe diarrhea, bloating, cramping, abdominal pain. Over the weekend I have had sever pain urinating, very frequent urination with very little urine. I began taking vitamin C, cranberry pills, and cranberry juice. It has help some, but I don t whether that will cure it. I also had severe diarrhea one day over the weekend. Today I also have severe bloating. My wife was constipated before the diarrhea started from taking medication for a failed back surgery. We are both retired. Thank you for any advice you have. Specifically- can a uti cause all of these symptoms

It looks you have developed stomach infection with or with out urinary tract infection. Get a stool and urine routine microscopy done. Till then take plenty of fluids. Take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domepridone.
