Hello,

You should follow these things while away from home.

1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.

2. Avoid junk food. Avoid junk oily and spicy food.

3. Eat only freshly prepared food. Take more fruits and in the diet.

4. Start oral rehydration solution (ORS) and zinc tablet.

5. Also, take probiotic tablets.

Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Get done ultrasound examination of the abdomen when you meet gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
