HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Diarrhea is most commonly due to infection which is also most commonly either due to viral or bacterial infection.

In most cases, the infection runs its course and it is usually completed within a few days.
During this time the most important aspect of treatment would be making sure that you use enough fluids to replace what you are using. You can use oral rehydration fluids or a sports drink.

Hold off all solid food until there are no symptoms for at least 4 hours.

Use probiotics to help. This can be in form of yogurt or plain probiotics.

Peptobismol or lomotil may also help to slow down the diarrhea.

I hope this helps
