What Causes Diarrhea Along With Chills And Backache?

ive had diahrea for over a week now, ive also been having chills,and a small amount of pain in my lower back on the right side by my hip. Ive gone to urgent care and they did a blood test and a full panel stool test but I haven t gotten any results back yet its only been a few days.

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a clinical exam by your [gastroenterologist]and do one [Capsule endoscopy]to know exact pathology behind your problem.

2)Do take prescribed medications as per your clinical findings only.

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Try to limit dairy products and use an enzyme product such as [Lactaid]may help your loose motions.

2)Try low-fat foods and try to avoid butter, margarine, cream sauces and fried foods.

3)Try to limit fiber, if it causes any problem.

4)Try to avoid other problem foods like Spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine etc

5)Try to eat small meals. You may find you feel better eating five or six small meals a day rather than two or three larger ones.

6)Drink plenty of liquids. Try to drink plenty of fluids daily. Water is best.

7)Do take one multivitamin caps regularly.

8)Try to avoid smoking

9)Make a plan to reduce stress.

10)Do exercise regularly
