What Causes Diarrhea Along With Excessive Intestinal Gas?

Hello. I have had diarrhea for a few days that does not seem to be getting better. Additionally, i have had a lot of gas and a difficult time burping. Lastly, when I am eating, or shortly after I eat, instead of feeling full, my stomach feels almost more empty or like there is a gas bubble that is preventing me from getting full. Can you assist me in understanding what might be going on?

These can be symptoms of Irritable Bowel syndrome.

This can be due to Gastritis/Indigestion.

I suggest dietary changes, and a Low FOODMAP diet can help you.

This avoids gas, indigestion and diarrhea.

See the link below, the chart shows what is Low Food map diet, please follow this, and you will get better soon.
