What Causes Diarrhea Along With Lower Backache And Chills?

I woke up in the middle of the night with stinky severe diarrhea and after getting up at 6:30 to get ready for work, my lower back started aching, and today while at work, I have experienced off-and-on chills (also did at home earlier) and a fleeting headache.

diarrhea could be from any of the infectious causes. it's natural to have chills and body aches along with generalised weakness in fever which is the body's response to infection. take soft diet, stay hydrated, take peadialyte, take panadol for fever and watch your diarrhea. if it improves it's probably a self limiting infection, just follow the above instructions and you'll be fine. if it gets worse immediately go to the er for Intravenous fluids and probably antibiotics
