What Causes Diarrhea Along With Nausea And Headache?

Constipation, body ache, head ache, nausea, loss of appetite, fever, night sweat, cramps in stomach and ovaries, tender breast,weakness. Went 2 days without being able to use the restroom. Able to use it on the 3rd day, again 2 days of constipation able to use it on the 3rd day. Next day began with headache, fever, minor cramping,loss of appetite, night sweat, tender breast, weakness. Next morning got worse everything intensified only this time had diarrea no fever, no cramps. Nausea, headache,weakness e en dificulta breathing.

I can understand your concern.
Although you have not mentioned your age and sex, from the details given by you it appears to be gastroenteritis or pelvic infection. If it is gastroenteritis, than It can be either viral gastroenteritis or typhoid. It needs some blood, stool and urine test to confirm. I advice you should visit a nearby doctor and should undergo a thorough work-up.
By the time you visit your doctor, You can take anti-spasmodic like dicyclomine or buscopan for cramps, antacid if you have burning in stomach and paracetamol for fever & headache if it is available with you.
Take light diet (less in fat and more in carbohydrates). Avoid oily and spicy food. Have a good amount water and other liquids. Take plenty of yogurt and curd if you are not allergic.
