What Causes Diarrhea Along With Pain In Abdomen And Rectum?

I ve been having diarrhea for 3 days now. i m in severe pain not only due to stomach pains but also due to very severe sharp rectal pain. Im curious as to what I should do.. if I should go to the doctors.. I just had stool which smelt like rotten fish.

Patient 's symptoms suggest a diagnosis of amoebic coitis. Microscopic stool examination is to be done. EH will be found in the stool. Treatment is NorfloxTZ bd for 5 days, tab diloxinimidefumarate tds,tab drotaverin tds,omeprazol20mg tds
