What Causes Diarrhea Along With Stomach Ache And Fatigue?

HI, I have been trying to find out what could be wrong with me. I have been reading about a lot of different symptoms. I had a lot but of symptoms but the diarreah is one of my main problems. stomach pains stress,depressed, no energy at all. I have tyroid problems. I am Epileptic so I have always had a problem with depression. I have other problems also. I can not go any where with out having to go to the bathroom. I have to take extra clothes.
