What Causes Diarrhea Along With Stomachache And Abdominal Bloating?
I have had diarrhea for almost a week now, stomachache a couple times a day... what feels like indigestion or heart burn more lately than I ever have, bloating. My normal bowel habits are usually once a day, what I would consider normal stool, sometimes softer depending on what I consumed. I have not made any significant changes to diet. I thought the first few days were combo of my period and traveling, but been off both for three-four days now

I think you can try simethicone for bloating and diarrhoea. Also, use prebiotics such as enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora.
