What Causes Diarrhea Along With Vomiting?
I have had diarrhea (since Tuesday) with inconsistent vomiting (2-4 times on Wednesday, twice today). My stomach feels like a rag being twisted and I am able to eat or drink cery little. Is this something to worry about (parasite? Food poisoning?) or maybe just a virus?

This may be due to stomach infection.
There is a need for detailed physical examination.
Depending upon it further evaluation may be needed.
There may be need for following investigations -
Complete Blood Count.
Renal Function Test.
Urine examination.
Stool examination.
If one can tolerate orally oral antibiotics need to be started. In case of severe vomiting intravenous antibiotics and hydration may be needed.
