What Causes Diarrhea And Abdominal Bloating?

Hello. I normally have a solid BM in the am, but diarrhea around 1:30-2 pm. No obvious abdominal pain. No blood in my stool. It seems like anything and everything can give me gas. I had a hernia operation nearly two years ago, so there is a hard spot below my rib cage. No other symptoms really. Any ideas? Thanks!

1- Your doctor will perform few tests such as stool analysis bacterial infection.
2- You should avoid eating fatty meals.
3- Try to divide your meals into smaller ones.
4- Eat well-balanced and healthy diet.
5- Your doctor will prescribe antibiotics in case of infection or anti-diarrheal medications.
