Hi, im currently pregnant with my second baby & im 38 weeks, Im supposed to be scheduled for a c section next week and was wondering is there anyway i can start my own labor with any home remedies? I ve also been getting so much diahrreah lately around 6 am i always notice at that time i get cramps then go to the bathroom only for a bowel movement and this morning i decided to pee in a cup to see if my urine had anything and it had Like red spots that look exactly like polka dots? What is that? Its not painful and it doesnt show when i wipe just in my urine & the spots dont fade they feel hard enough to touch but small.
