What Causes Diarrhea And Blood In Stool With Severe Abdominal And Back Pain?
My 21 year old son has been experiencing bloody stool, extreme abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea, loss of appetite, extreme back pain, and a weird pain behind his belly button when he extends his abdomen that he states feels as though a ligament is about to pop. He was away at college, and came home for the holidays, and stated the symptoms have gotten progressively worse since the Summer 2015 at its onset... we are looking for a physician, any suggestions....

It could be one of the chronic inflammatory diseases like crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis or other inflammatory diseases of the colon. we need to investigate further
