What Causes Diarrhea And Burning Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?
I am having lower GI problems. I ve cut out fried foods and dairy and felt better. Now the symptoms are back in full force: diarrrhea, and a burning sensation in my lower GI area. I m now wondering if I should cut out cuciferous vegetables and fruits. I ve had a lot of imaging done in the past and nothing is ever found. I ve been dealing this for 30 years, and the four years, I would describe as chronic. More bad days than good. I m going to go into urgency care. What kind of imaging would you suggest at this point?
Hi I were treating physician I would prefer to examine you clinically first for your complaints. As per your complaints and dietary modifications you made I would suggest you to avoid following things: Oily and spicy food Caffeine Eating in hurry Overeating Skipping meals
And I would also suggest you to do following : Small frequent meals High fibre diet Plenty of fluids Antioxidants Lifestyle modifications mainly stress
For further evaluation you can consult your physician and go for barium enema if problem persists.
