My son who is 5 is passing gas but ends up passing clear mucous, so much that it went through his pants. He had diarrhea a couple times yesterday. Has no history of problems with having BMs. He has not had a fever or been sick recently. He is acting and eating normally. But he keeps complaing of his bum feeling wet, even if there is nothing there. He denies any belly ache. Just wondering if this is concerning ?
