What Causes Diarrhea And Flatulence While Having Hemorrhoids?

My husband is 53 .three weeks ago he thought he was having hemroids. But nothing was sticking out of his but. Then it slowly stopped and now it s turned to diarea. Now it s kind of normal to diarea and bad gas. Now he s telling me his back is so sore.that I can see he is in pain and it s bad. If he sits perfectly still in a certain way then there s no pain. If he gets up to move he s having a hard time moving with out sever pain. If he lays down flat he says that the pain slows down.but is still there . He has a appointment with a specialist for a appointment then a Colan oscapy. But the pain is getting worse .what do you think .I said go in to the hospital and get checked ou

Hi,
This backache is probably muscular as it is relieved by lying flat and aggravated while changing posture. Apply dicloran gel over back thrice daily and take Tab. panadol 1 tablet thrice daily for 5 days.
Regarding hemorrhoids, they do not cause diarrhea. He might be using some syrup for constipation (like Syp. lactulose) and may be its overdosage has led to diarrhea. Otherwise it can be due to some gut infection. Increase water intake and stop that offending medicine of taking.
