What Causes Diarrhea And Fullness In The Lower Abdomen After Eating?

Hi. I take metfor,in for diabetis, 4 x 500mg per day. I also have IBS. After having 3 days of loose stool after I eat the next meal, I have noticed a fullness in my lower abdomen, and when sitting, sharp pains around my anal area. I shift my bottom around and eventually the pain/uncomfortableness ends. Should I be concerned?

Get investigated to rule out any medical conditions
diet modification
Avoid alcohol, spicy, fried, fatty, oily, junk, smoking, non veg, heavy meals
Plenty of water and fluids
Take a healthy balanced nutritional diet
any other associated symptoms
lacto Bacilli twice daily before meal
what is the current blood sugar levels
is it well under control
green leafy vegetables and fibrous diet
light meals
tablet omeprazole 40mg for adult if not contra indicated or allergic to
empty stomach early in morning
how many times a day are you passing stool, how is consistency


make sure you are not constipated
