What Causes Diarrhea And Green Colored Stool?

I ve been having some bowel issues. I have a movement about once or twice a week and most times I end up having diarrhea. However, lately, in the past couple of weeks I have had tiny movements and my stool is dark green and slimy. So should I be worried?

Hi it may a case ADD it may due to viral or bacterial infection so had course of antibiotic therapy take plenty of oral fluids like ORS na coconut water to collect electrolyte imbalance u will be ok
