General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It seems you don't have any other concern such as abdominal pain, weight loss or a history of antibiotic use. The increase of bowel movement which occur without any other symptoms alongside, more probably is physiological related with your diet or exercise. As a careful person in eating you may exceed the amount of fibers you take with food or you have increased the intensity of your daily exercise. I suggest you just try reducing the daily amount of foods high in fibers and the exercise too. No other treatment momentarilly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Julinda Maksuti, General Surgeon
