Dear sir, I had unprotected sex with a girl some months ago..few week after sex I started using the toilet twice daily and wasn t really passing out watery poop,but was not the normal once in a daytmy normal system of toileting.weeks later I developed a painful source in my mouth which later subsided..then after nearly two months,i had a rash,just a single boil like rash on my neck which also disappeared later..the latest I now feel is one of my fingers feeling numb and a bit painful..though am.a chronic computer person and also lie in bed when using the pc..pls I need your candid advise as regards this symptoms
