General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I suspect a bacterial or protozoal infection of intestines in your daughter. I would advise a course of a combination of antiprotozoal and antibiotics for a period of 5 days under consultation of your pediatrician.

Please keep your daughter hydrated with lots of fluids orally. Also, check signs of dehydration like lethargy, sunken eyes, dry and wrinkled skin, loss of turgor over skin by pinching it gently and seeing the time taken by the skin to retract back to its place.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
